Who We Are

LEAD Education Group is a not-for-profit organization [501(c)3] that exists to provide transformational education in schools and communities throughout the world. LEAD is the result of a dream to bring a high level of intelligent professionalism to the intercultural education enterprise, thereby furthering significant and lasting educational outcomes within developing communities.

The task of communicating cross-culturally is not only important work, but it is a much more complex endeavor than is usually realized. In addition to the linguistic barriers that exist in cross-cultural situations, nearly everything people do and think is culturally construed. This presents the cross-cultural worker with a formidable task. At the same time, a correct understanding of other cultures opens the door wide for communication and therefore acts as a catalyst to more and more effective educational models and outcomes.

By harnessing the infinite potential of intelligent, equipped and highly motivated educators, applying the valuable methods of cultural anthropology and research and architecting an advanced educational network and support system, LEAD will significantly impact students, teachers and entire educational systems around the world.
